Terms of service
Last updated 12 October 2026
Plain language first, legal detail second. If anything here is unclear, write to us before you buy; we would rather explain than argue.
1. Who we are
AI Audit is operated by WorkMore, Inc., a Delaware corporation (United States), trading as Wepronex (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@wepronex.com. These terms apply to the website at stackviso.com, the directory of AI tools, and every report we sell.
2. What we provide
The directory is a free, public list of AI tools. Each entry is checked by our verification system against the tool's own website and public sources, on the date shown, and re-checked on a rolling schedule.
The report is a paid document prepared from the answers you give us. It recommends tools for the tasks you named, with the scores behind each recommendation, prompts, setup playbooks, cost estimates and a plan. Prices are by the size of business you select; the current prices are on the pricing page. For companies of more than twenty people the report is followed, within seven days, by intakes for up to four more departments, one consolidated stack map and a 30-minute planning call, all included in the price.
Implementation (setting tools up for you) is a separate service sold by Wepronex under its own quote and its own terms.
3. Recommendations, not guarantees
A report is our professional opinion about which tools fit the business you described, based on the information you gave us and on what we could verify on the date of the report. It is not a guarantee that any tool will produce any particular result, saving or revenue. Estimates of hours saved, costs and payback are calculated from your own numbers and from prices as they appeared when we checked them; they are estimates.
You decide what to buy, sign up for and use. Every tool we mention is made and sold by a third party under that third party's own terms, prices and privacy policy, which can change at any time without our knowledge. We are not a party to any contract between you and a tool vendor.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice. Where a report mentions a law or rule (for example on advertising, data protection or professional conduct), it is a pointer to check, not advice on how to comply.
4. What “verified” means
When we mark a tool as verified we mean that, on the date shown, our checks found: a real company behind it, a live product, a price that matched what the vendor published, evidence of real users, and the regions and billing details we recorded. It means exactly that and nothing more. It is not an endorsement, a guarantee of quality or security, and not a statement about the tool on any later date. Our method is described on the trust page.
5. Statements about tools and vendors
We publish two kinds of statements about tools: facts anyone can check (for example that a website did not respond on a given date, or that a price shown on a page changed between two dates), and observations attributed to their source (for example that a concern was raised in public reviews). We do not publish accusations. Where we decline to recommend a tool, we say why in those terms.
Any vendor or person who believes a statement about a tool is wrong can write to hello@wepronex.com. A person reads every message, the tool is re-checked within three days, and we correct or remove anything we cannot stand behind.
6. Your account of your business
The report is only as good as your answers. You agree that the information you give us is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are entitled to share it, and that you will not include personal data about other people beyond what is needed (a business name and your own contact details are enough).
7. Payment
Reports are paid in advance in US dollars through Stripe. Your bank sets any currency conversion. We do not see or store your card number. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; there are no recurring charges unless you separately subscribe to a plan that says so.
8. Refunds
Our refund rule is short and written down on the refund policy page, which forms part of these terms.
9. Using what we give you
Your report is yours to use inside your business: share it with your team, print it, act on it. Please do not resell it, publish it as your own work, or use it to build a competing directory or recommendation service. The directory may be read freely; automated bulk copying of it is not permitted without written permission.
The names and logos of the tools we mention belong to their owners. Mentioning them is not a claim of affiliation.
10. Independence
No vendor pays to be listed, to be recommended, or to rank higher. We take no commission on anything a report recommends. If we ever accept clearly labelled sponsorship for a directory placement, it will be marked as such and will have no effect on report recommendations.
11. Availability
Most reports open within minutes of payment, after automatic quality checks. A report that our checks hold for a specialist's review is delivered within 24 hours. We aim for these times, but delivery time is not guaranteed. The website may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. If we cannot deliver a report you paid for, we refund it.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising from the website, the directory or a report is limited to the amount you paid us for that report in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or the cost of substitute services, even if we were told they were possible. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. If you are a consumer in such a place, you keep the rights the law there gives you.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law in the country where you live. If something goes wrong, write to us first; most problems are solved by email within days. If we cannot resolve it, either side may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Material changes are announced on this page before they take effect, and the terms in force when you paid for a report apply to that report.
