Privacy policy
Last updated 12 October 2026
We collect what the report needs and nothing else. We do not sell data, we do not use your answers to train models, and you can have everything deleted on request.
1. Who is responsible
WorkMore, Inc., a Delaware corporation (United States), operating as Wepronex, is the controller of the personal data described here. Address: 1111B S Governors Ave #90098, Dover, DE 19904, United States. Contact: hello@wepronex.com.
2. What we collect and why
When you browse the directory
Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) kept briefly for security and to keep the site running. No account is needed and no profile is built from browsing.
When you ask for a report
Your name, business name, email address, optional WhatsApp number and website, and your answers to the thirteen questions (country, city, size of business, what you do, rough numbers, lead sources, tools you use, the tasks you want help with, hours, budget, comfort with software, languages, constraints, goals and anything else you choose to tell us). We use these to prepare your report, to send it to you, to ask a clarifying question if we need one, and to follow up once about whether the tools worked. The legal basis is the contract you ask us to perform, and our legitimate interest in checking the quality of our recommendations.
When you pay
Payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you paid, the amount, and the email address you used. We never see or store card numbers.
When you write to us
Your message and contact details, kept as long as needed to answer and to keep a record of the correspondence.
3. Who processes data for us
We use a small number of service providers, each bound by contract to process data only on our instructions:
- Supabase hosts our database (your request, your report, the directory).
- Vercel hosts the website and runs the code that builds your report.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Anthropic provides the AI model that drafts the text of your report from your answers and from the facts in our directory. Under its commercial terms, data sent to the model is not used to train it.
- Meta (the Meta Pixel) measures whether our advertising on Facebook and Instagram led to a visit or a purchase. See cookies, below.
These providers operate in the United States and other countries. Where data leaves the country you live in, the transfer relies on the providers' standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
4. What we never do
- Sell or rent your data, or share your answers with tool vendors. Vendors never learn who asked for a report.
- Use your answers to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.
- Add you to a newsletter you did not ask for. Emails about your report are transactional; anything else needs your consent.
5. Your report link
Your report lives at a private link containing a long random token. Anyone with the link can read the report, so share it as you would share the document itself. Report pages carry no advertising pixels. If you want a link disabled, tell us.
6. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
The site itself works without cookies. If you arrived from one of our advertisements, the Meta Pixel may set cookies and send Meta the pages you visit on this site, a hashed form of your email at checkout, and whether a purchase happened, so we can see which advertisements work. The pixel never runs on your report page or in our administration area. Where the law requires consent for this (for example in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area), the pixel is loaded only after you agree, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time with the “Cookie choices” link in the footer. You can also block it with your browser's tracking settings or an ad blocker; the site works the same either way.
7. How long we keep things
- Your request, your report and our correspondence: for as long as your report link is active, and up to three years after, so we can honour the refund rule, answer follow-up questions and keep accounting records. Then deleted or anonymised.
- Payment records: as long as tax law requires, typically seven years, held by Stripe and in our accounting.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
- Anonymised, aggregated answers (for example “most agencies in a region chose a CRM first”) may be kept indefinitely; they cannot identify you.
8. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, give you a copy in a portable form, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Write to hello@wepronex.com from the email address you used with us; we answer within 30 days and usually much sooner. Deleting your data means your report link stops working.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area you also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority. If you are in California, you have the rights set out in the CCPA, including to know, delete and opt out of sale; we do not sell personal information.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers; access to the database is limited to the people who prepare and check reports; administrative access requires authentication. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we tell you and, where required, the authorities, without undue delay.
10. Children
The service is for businesses and the people who run them. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Information about tools and vendors
The directory contains business information about software products and the companies that make them, gathered from their own websites and public sources. Where that information identifies a person (for example a founder named on a company page), we process it in our legitimate interest in publishing an accurate directory. Anyone can ask us to correct or remove such information using the challenge process.
12. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top tells you when. Material changes are announced on this page before they take effect.
